WeldMetrix® is a real-time monitor for weld parameters — voltage, current, wire feed, gas flow, and temperature — built to bolt onto any make of welding machine, and report in the format your QA team actually uses.
Power-source logs are proprietary, locked to the brand, and rarely make it into the QA file. Heat input is back-calculated from memory. Rework gets pinned on the welder, not the parameters.
WeldMetrix® closes that loop. One logger, every machine, every pass — pulling raw voltage, current and feed at high speed, stamping it against the WPS, and writing a report you can directly handover to a client.
0–100 V AC/DC
Suitable upto 20KHz frequency
0-500 / 0-1000 A AC/DC
Hall sensor
0-25 Mtr/min
1 mm to 5 mm Steel & Aluminium wire

Sealed IP54 casing. HF-insulated inputs. A display you can read with a helmet flipped up. Connectors that survive being dragged across a fab table. We designed it to live where the work happens, not on a clean engineer's desk.

“The goal is to turn data into information, and information into insight.”
Twelve advantages, one product. WeldMetrix® doesn't try to be a dashboard vendor pretending to understand welding — it was built next to the booths.
Pilot WeldMetrix® on a single station. We'll configure the channels, set up the reports your QA team needs, and let the data make the case.
